Client Success Snapshot
The Big Issue Group picked us for the two things the learning world needs more of: fun content and zero per-user pricing. Our unlimited model gave them room to shake up their training without worrying about headcount or hidden fees.
Here’s the real story from Dean:
“What really drew us was the fun way in which the compliance courses were delivered and the fact Peritus seem to be the only provider to offer an unlimited use pricing model, so we could use the courses to train everyone for one low cost fee, including our volunteers”
Fresher programmes and a training budget that finally works for them, not against them.

This is just the highlight. The rest is over on LinkedIn.

Course Spotlight: Mental Health Awareness
With November coming to a close and Movember wrapping up, we’re spotlighting our Mental Health Awareness modules. They’re practical, straight-talking, and designed to help teams spot the signs, start better conversations, and support each other beyond just one month of awareness.
Our Team at The Priest House
With a clear mission to help businesses cut costs and spark change, East Midlands Chamber are hosting events that shine a light on the disruptors doing things differently. And because we walk the walk, we delivered yesterday’s event.
We were honoured to have Ad Davies share his insights with us on how “Change Culture Does Not Change By Itself”. Formerly known for his role at Gymshark to building role model behaviour, purpose and performance that drives commercial results, as the Managing Director at The Leadership Club.
Ad challenged us to look at change through a sharper lens, reminding us that real transformation scales through behaviour, not buzzwords. We all want success, but leaders have to make the tough judgement calls that move things forward. That means becoming true champions of change: leading with intentional empathy, building genuine human connections, and creating spaces where people actually feel safe enough to be honest.
The room came alive as we collaborated, shared ideas, and got stuck into the interactive elements. The discussions were electric, the perspectives were refreshingly real, and we all walked away having learned something valuable. After sparking all that change, we were rewarded by a well-earned feast at The Priest House.

Behind the Scenes
The office Christmas tree delivery has been “pushed to December.” Technically that’s next week, but we’re counting it as a logistical triumph.
