The Big Issue originally engaged with Peritus as we needed good quality content at a market leading price to refresh some of the courses, as our people had been watching the same courses for the past 5 years. What really drew us was the fun way in which the compliance courses were delivered and the fact Peritus seem to be the only provider to offer an unlimited use pricing model, so we could use the courses to train everyone for one low cost fee, including our volunteers. The service provided by Peritus and their communication has been excellent throughout and we have found their package a great way to provide refresher training, amongst other areas our organisation requires, but doesn’t always have the budget available. Thanks Peritus, we can really see how your model helps organisations like us!

We initially looked at the Peritus Learning Library, as a cost-effective solution for giving our employees the opportunity to develop and refresh their ‘Microsoft Office’ skills. The Peritus Learning Library has proved to be a great resource for both our central office departments and our campsite staff across the UK, with over 700 of our employees accessing the resources. The ‘Microsoft Office’ resources have proved to be particularly valuable, particularly the Excel training, which has more than justified the cost of continuing to renew the license. Furthermore, we are seeing increased demand for the wider catalogue of training topics. Moving into the future we are planning to target specific parts of the library for different departments and have monthly recommendations on different courses.

Peritus content has supported us to provide an enhanced offer to our colleagues. The Learn to Lead series sits alongside our formal development programmes, providing a more flexible way to access leadership learning content for all our colleagues – particularly valuable for colleagues looking for more flexibility or unable to undertake longer-term programmes.
The wider catalogue of learning Peritus provides can be embedded directly into our Learning space. With videos available on a wide range of topics, we are able to choose the content that fits best with our focus areas – or have them all!
The service from Peritus has been responsive, friendly and supportive. Special shout out to Vik Lad for not only keeping us up to date with developments but also exploring ways he and Peritus can support Barnardo’s fundraising efforts.

We’ve been using Peritus’ microlearning library for nearly two years and have recently renewed our subscription. The bite-sized training is comprehensive, regularly updated, and easy for employees to engage with. It integrates smoothly with our LMS, sitting alongside our in-house content so all learning is accessible in one place.
The library covers core areas such as Health & Safety and compliance, but we’ve found the People Skills and Working Relationships modules particularly valuable for front-line employees looking to build practical skills. Pricing is transparent, and the overall package represents strong value for money. The Peritus team are responsive, communicative, and genuinely act on feedback.

I was after a few e-Learning courses to supplement our current library and in house created content. Normally the price of such courses, which is more than often priced per user, makes it to expensive when you have a couple of thousand employees.
However I came across Peritus Learning and their Micro Learning Library which gives unlimited (you download it into your own LMS) access to over 150 courses on a really wide range of business content. They update the content and drop out an email to advise of updated courses and also seem to be adding to the library.
This would suit not only people like me who wanted an affordable way to access a handful of topics but would be exceptional value for a business after a full suite of content with minimal of fuss.
This review is not the platform or my place to be specific on costs, however if you are after business content e-Learning for a fixed, low cost, no matter how many users you distribute the learning to, please make contact with Peritus Learning, I predict you will be very pleased you did.

I am really excited that we have made the decision to put our first foray into on-line training with Peritus Learning. Although their offer was incredible, it was the simplicity and quality of their offering that swayed the decision for me. That and the fact that they were so friendly and helpful from the word go.. We are planning to utilise the training library as a key element in the development of the Safetykleen Academy. The platform offers a comprehensive library of courses at excellent value, which has been a major factor in our decision to adopt it. Our experience with Peritus to date has been extremely positive, and the feedback, so far, from colleagues within Safetykleen indicates that the library has been very well received.

We have the FLM and MLM Module Suites and they have gone down brilliantly with my team of FLM’s, they enjoy the range of subjects and ease of use and being able to pick and choose subjects that interest them. The different lengths of time for each module is also a bonus as when they have a short amount of time available to do some training, they can always find a module that would suit the time slot.

I’ve found the whole process, from initial contact through to contracting really easy and straightforward. When I saw the offer in place, it was a bit of a no brainer to be honest. I was impressed with the animated content and can’t wait to roll it out.

What drew me to the Microlearning Initiative was the flexibility and price. We are a fast-growing business and needed a cost-effective solution to help supplement internal training and compliance needs. The content is great and in a bite-size format, which is exactly what I was looking for.

We had a new Learning Management System but no content to go into it, so being able to allow users to have access to the Peritus Microlearning with such a wide range of courses that can now be accessed through our LMS is great. It will help us deliver key H&S and Compliance training to our teams, supplement our Toolbox Talks and even help cover things like Excel training across the business. If I’ve ever had any questions or queries along the way the response from everyone at Peritus has been super-fast and they’re extremely helpful.

The price was the first thing that attracted me to the library. But I was really pleased with the range and quality of the courses provided. This will be used across all areas of our business from helping with Toolbox Talks, IT skills, Sales and Leadership and Management. And because it can be used multiple times by people it means that they can watch it as many times as they need to.

It has given us refreshed content for our LMS, supplementing our current offering. The bite-sized content is ideal for people to use in these very busy times, and I like the fact that we get updates and new modules as part of the package.

Our old content wasn’t very engaging and was quite expensive. When I saw this offer it was a no brainer really. No one comes close to the price – believe me I’ve looked!

We were looking for a solution that would help us fill a few training gaps quickly. As a small team this will help us get more content out to people quickly and the fact that it covers areas like I.T. and soft skills as well is great.

After identifying a need to down-size our previous LMS system, I was looking for a simple solution that would provide our team of 150 with access to a selection of e-learning courses, without an all-singing, all-dancing LMS system. The Peritus system looked like it could meet our needs and be scaled down to provide the simple solution I was looking for. On meeting with Steve however, he explained that Peritus could in fact provide a more suitable solution – we would have the 200+ courses for our team to access, in mp4 files. This provided the perfect solution – access to a range of great quality courses for my entire team, held on our central intranet system and without a need for an external login to another platform. We are very much looking forward to getting started and look forward to our journey with Peritus in the future.

From the initial introductory email, our experience with Peritus Learning has been outstanding. Their response times to my enquiries regarding the product was immediate and I was able to access content to review easily and without fuss. The content is comprehensive and covers many of the focus areas for our employee development. The sessions are bitesize and fun to watch and will add great value to our current L&D offering. Above all, the CSR offer is incredibly generous and reflects the challenges many companies are facing with tightening budgets and the need to prioritise learning to maximise return of investment.
