Regional Sales Executive

UK-wide (Remote/Hybrid) Full-time Sales

About the Role

We are looking for Sales Account Executives in every region across the UK. These roles can be fully remote.

Peritus Learning provides a wide range of training/learning products and services (both online and offline) to help organisations of all sizes and sectors manage their people development.

We are a market leading and award-winning UK online learning business that specialise in providing businesses with high quality yet affordable products and services. We are simply 'Saving the world from per user rate pricing'.

Our online courses provides unique learning content packages to businesses and organisations throughout the UK, which we are currently expanding overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets in line with the business plan sales objectives
  • Follow a structured sales process and record activities on our CRM system
  • Play a crucial role in developing and converting new business leads into sales
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets according to sales plan
  • Develop and execute cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers
  • Identify new sales leads and make outbound sales calls
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong product demo pipeline via phone and email
  • Present solutions via web presentation to potential clients (on occasions face to face)
  • Self-generate leads from several avenues including LinkedIn and social media
  • Develop quotes and proposals and get agreements signed via DocuSign or manually
  • Participate in sales and business meetings

Requirements

  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in selling to customers online (essential). Industry experience desirable
  • Technical: Experience of marketing automation software/CRM (HubSpot preferred but not essential)
  • Target-Driven: Experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with prospects, peers, senior team members and clients
  • Team Working: Working as an integral member of the team, supporting others where required
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and deal with objections/problems as they arise
  • Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team, under instruction or independently
  • Attitude: We encourage accountability in our work, owning your targets, objectives and deadlines
