February marks LGBTQ+ History Month in the UK, a time to celebrate the people, movements, and moments that shaped queer history and continue to push it forward.

 

From trailblazers like Alan Turing and Marsha P. Johnson to everyday activists and allies, LGBTQ+ history is packed with courage, creativity, and quiet acts of defiance that changed the world.

 

It’s also a reminder that progress doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because people speak up, stand together, and build spaces where everyone belongs.

 

This month, we’re celebrating those stories, and our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion course, gives teams a way to explore equality, diversity, and inclusion at their own pace. From bite-sized resources to deeper learning paths, it’s all designed to help everyone understand, reflect, and act.

Behind The Scenes

Today the team swapped meeting rooms and coffee machines for kitchen tables, spare bedrooms, and the occasional sofa cameo.

 

Working from home gives us space to focus, reflect, and recharge between sessions. It’s where ideas get shaped, content gets built, and plans get quietly ambitious.
